Who makes this stuff anyway?
At the end of 2003 Ultra Carbon Fiber was formed by Adam Weeks. Adam created this company with the idea of creating a new segment of jewelry craft. Over the years carbon fiber has been used in jewelry as a compliment to metal. Not since UCF was formed has there been a ring on the market that was made entirely of carbon fiber. Adam Weeks started experimenting with composites back in 2000. Adam also worked for an advanced composites company on a major composites project in association with General Motors. Since 2003 Adam has developed skills in composite lay-up, tooling, fabrication, machining, and coating. UCF is a small start-up company with three employees working hard to deliver the highest quality product possible.
