Shipping Options
Priority Mail: USPS Priority Mail is our default shipping method on all US orders. This delivery method usually takes 2-3 business days to reach you from the time we ship the order. If we are shipping within the USA then standard shipping is FREE. We will ship your order within 5 business days of the date you order. If there are any circumstances that will increase delivery time you will be notified via phone or email.
**Uni-directional rings are built to order and take 1-2 weeks to ship.

Express Mail: We are pleased to offer expedited overnight shipping as an upgrade. If you need or want your ring sooner than our standard delivery method we can ship your order via USPS Express Mail. This method is usually guaranteed next day by noon. In some cases it is considered two day delivery depending on your zip code. If you would like to upgrade to Express Mail please email us prior to ordering so that we can check postal guarantees on delivery time for your zip code. The cost for Express mail is $22.

International Orders: For those customers wishing to order from outside of the USA we ship via USPS Global Priority Mail which usually means your order will arrive 6-10 days after we ship your jewelry. The cost for this service is $30 and will be added to your cart when you check out.

Warranty Exchanges: We stand behind our jewelry at UCF. We prove that by offering a 1 year warranty on all of our rings. This covers any manufacturing defects on our products. If you have any problems with your jewelry due to a manufacturing defect we will exchange the ring at no charge. This includes all jewelry subjected to normal wear and tear. This warranty does not cover jewelry that has been abused or subjected to unusual circumstances.

Returns for refund: You have seven days from the time you receive your order to request a refund. After this time has passed no refunds will be given. The refund amount is the total amount of the order minus shipping costs. Refunds will only be given if the ring is sent back in "as shipped" condition , meaning there are no scratches or blemishes on the ring. No refunds will be given for custom built jewelry.
