Shipping Options

Priority Mail: USPS Priority Mail is our default shipping method on all orders. This delivery method usually take 2-3 business days to reach you from the time we ship the order. The cost ($6) is automatically added to your shopping cart upon checkout. We will ship your order within 5 business days of the date you order. If there are any circumstances that will increase delivery time you will be notified via phone or email.

Express Mail: We are pleased to offer expedited overnight shipping as an upgrade. If you need or want your ring sooner than our standard delivery method we can ship your order via USPS Express Mail. This method is usually guaranteed next day by noon. In some cases it is considered two day delivery by the post office. If you would like to upgrade to Express Mail please email us prior to ordering so that we can check postal guarantees on delivery time for your zip code. The cost for Express mail is $20.

Federal Express: For guaranteed overnight and early morning delivery you may wish to upgrade to FedEx. Please call or email us for pricing before you order so we can make sure the ring you need is in stock.

International Orders: For those customers wishing to order from outside of the USA we ship via USPS international airmail which usually means your order will arrive 7-10 days after we ship your jewelry. We can also upgrade that to Global Priority or Global Express at an additional cost.

For shipments traveling to Canada or Mexico you must add an additional shipping charge of $2 if you have not done so already.

For shipments traveling to any other country you must add a $4 additional shipping if you have not done so already.

Size Exchanges: Size exchanges are possible as long as the original ring is in "as shipped" condition, meaning there are no scratches or blemishes on the ring. Exchanges will be shipped back at the customers expense. The cost of re-shipping an exchanged ring is $6. Exchanges will only be honored for the same style shipped. Please email us for details on the exchange procedure.

Warrantee Exchanges: We stand behind our jewelry at UCF. We prove that by offering a 1 year warrantee on all of our rings. This covers any manufacturing defects on our products. If you have any problems with your jewelry due to a manufacturing defect we will exchange the ring at no charge. This includes all jewelry subjected to normal wear and tear. This warrantee does not cover jewelry that has been abused or subjected to unusual circumstances.
Returns for refund: You have seven days from the time you receive your order to request a refund. After this time has passed no refunds will be given. The refund amount is the total amount of the order minus shipping costs. Refunds will only be given if the ring is sent back in "as shipped" condition , meaning there are no scratches or blemishes on the ring. No refunds will be given for custom built jewelry.
